Our second will be to demonstrate the subtlety and freshness of a creative cuisine – dishes made with care using only seasonal produce.
To be able to preserve to the full the flavours we offer you in our dishes, we change our menu each month, depending on the time of year and the seasonal produce available. We are also able to adapt to suit food intolerances and allergies, as well as offering vegetarian dishes.
And obviously, to achieve a perfect match of flavours and aromas, we do the same with the wine list.
