The ‘Perles de Saveurs’ restaurant is located in the Cour Rathsamhausen – a courtyard designated as a historical monument – that dates back to the Renaissance, in the heart of Strasbourg’s picturesque ‘Petite France’ area.
We offer you authentic, modern cuisine, with all our dishes prepared in our own kitchens, using fresh produce to preserve the taste and flavour of each ingredient. We change our menu each month so that the flavours are always in keeping with seasonal produce.
